Shaylyn and I had a weekend of Twilight! We went to Logan to buy "Edward" shirts for the much-anticipated release of the Twilight movie at the Movie Gallery. We ended up spending an hour in Hot Topic in the mall looking over the plethera of Twilight merchandise and trying to decide on a t-shirt. While we were there, I broke down and had Kennedy's ears pierced at Claire's Boutique. She did not like it much but was fine after the lady gave her a sucker. She looks so cute, but unfortunately, it also makes her look so big. She will be 18 months on the 24th, so I guess she is not a baby anymore. She already acts like an indepent woman -- she does not even look back when we leave her in nursery!
Kasen was really good throughout our whole girls day out; although, he showed his disgust with Claire's by throwing a bottle of blue nail polish. It broke on the tile and splattered everywhere. We had to document it, as it is just so typical of him. Here he is pictured so innocently next to the crime scene. What a kid!

We had a fun day. Tell Shane you can come with me whenever you want to...Even if crazy things happen!
That is funny that Kasen did that with the nail polish! How did they clean it up?
You were smart to bring the camera along for Kennedy's ear piercing- that's a big day in a girl's life :)
Shaylyn and I need to get the recipe for sweet baby girls from you!
Sounds like you had an eventful day. What Twlight stuff did you buy. What a doll Kennedy is, so cute
What a fun day - could that girl get any cuter? Tarrah Monson found me on facebook and was wondering how you were doing. I'll send her the link to your blog.
Leash,
You are so brave to pierce Kennedy's ears!! I think babies and little girls are so cute with earings. However, I would feel bad is Berlyn hated them when she is older. Devanee didn't get them until she was in High School! I will probably stick with the "8" year old rule? At any rate, that is what is so fun about being the Mom! I love and miss you...time, children, and life have come between us.
