Nothing really new or exciting has happened at our house, but we have taken a few pictures. Daddy and his little girl have bonded quite a bit since Shane has been laid off. It has been nice to have him home -- its too bad he needs to get a job! Work sometimes seems like a necessary evil. Thanks for all of your support and prayers in his behalf. So many of you have commented and offered help wherever possible. We really appreciate your thoughts and concerns. We have faith that everything will work out and have hope that this will be a blessing in the long run. This trial, however, pales in comparison to some tragedies that have hit friends and ward members close to us. Our prayers are with the Angell family and the Steele family.

Cooper and Kennedy are becoming pretty good friends. They do not always get along, but Kennedy can now almost keep up with Cooper, and he is patient with her most of the time. They love jumping on the bed, watching Diego, playing on the stairs, and eating treats on the counter (especially cupcakes!).

Here is Kennedy all dolled up for the day. She is walking all over the house now but still has a little wobble. I am trying to enjoy these first steps, as they are so cute and deliberate. Before I know it she will be running.

Good luck in the job hunt. Those kids are just so darn cute. I'm glad you are enjoying some family time. What is this about body building? Please post about it...
Leash,
I am so glad you are a blogger!! I loved your last email and someday we will talk to each other on the phone...instead of leaving messages. You and the fam are in our prayers. Your kids are so cute; including you and shane.
Love ya,
Nic
p.s. how do you do all you do? I am not working out, dancing, or anything but taking care of 3 kids!! So excited to get back into a routine for Nicole.
